Pasteurized Cow Milk, Jura, France

One of the classic cheeses of France! We've got our hands on a pasteurized version (which means it's legal in the US) and it's just sublime! Delicious on it's own with some crusty bread and some full bodied Jura white, or used in the classic dish of tartiflette, which is French for "cheese melted on creamy potatoes". Reblochon is slightly funky, oniony, rich, oozy - basically heaven!
