Frantoia Cutera Primo Extra Virgin Olive Oil


This is a very special olive oil from the Cutera family, who have been making oil with indigenous Sicilian olives since 1906. The family is meticulous in the production of the oil, only 6 hours passes between when the olives are harvested and when they are cold pressed. 

Olive oil from Sicily tends to be less peppery than other Italian oils, and highly aromatic, lending itself to a myriad of applications.
