Turkey - Heritage Bronze Broad Breast - Air Chilled - PREORDER DEPOSIT - 12-16 Lb

We have run out of stock for this item.

For our turkeys this year we have partnered with Patrick and Thanya Rider of Greenane Farms in Delhi, NY just at the base of the Catskills.  Patrick and Thanya  raising amazing quality Bronze Broad Breasted Heritage Turkeys on their 1000 acres diversified animal farm.

These air chilled turkeys while a heritage breed (the Bronze Broad Breast is considered the gold standard of domesticated Wild Turkey breeds) have plump and tender breasts with a great balance of light and dark meat. They are easy roasting and delicious! We connected with this farmer thanks to a tip from one of our closest chef partners David Bouley who serves them yearly at his own Thanksgiving Dinner.
