One of the classic cheeses of Spain, Garrotxa almost went out of production in the 80's. Thanks goodness it didn't though, we wouldn't be able to experience this rustic, yet elegant table cheese that's perfect for pretty much every occasion. The semi-hard texture is perfect for snacking, or finishing a salad. Flavors are grassy, herby - notes imparted by the goat milk, as well as stoney and mineraly from the mottled natural rind. One of the most underrated cheeses in our opinion, and we're so glad it's here!
