If you had an issue with an order, we are so sorry! It was not on purpose and we will get to the bottom of it, please find your order confirmation in your email and reply to us from that thread. If something was missing or damaged please send photos of the entire order and describe the issue so we can get to the bottom of it.
Due to overwhelming inquiries, our response time may be up to 7 days(we are a small team of 6 people), but we'll try to get back to you within 48h.
