There is no comparison to taste of real Aceto Balsamico di Modena. The balance of acidity and sweetness with the underlying wispers of fruit - thick and viscous from years spent aging in a battery of specifically chosen barrels - this might just be the perfect the condiment. This Balsamico is made using the same methods as Aceto Balsamico di Modena Traditionale but only aged for 6 years, the 12 year version which is sold in tiny 100ml bottles fetches upwards of $80 per bottle, thankfully this version is much more affordable so you can put it on anything and you should! Thick and lucious with notes of dark cherry, chocolate, and roast coffee beans this is the perfect accompaniment to our fresh ricotta and will make any caprese salad sing in a falsetto! We import it in bulk containers and bottle in NY which allows us to charge a fraction of what it would cost anywhere else!
