Their pressing technology creates oils that are incredibly fresh tasting, with double the amount of antioxidants that are found in other oils. And they bottle only to order!
The "Raro" oil is made from Ravece and Rotondella olives. The flavor is bold and full-bodied with a slight bitterness and a big peppery finish. Works well with stronger flavors dishes: meats, greens, soups, bean dishes.
