Pasteurized Cow Milk and Cream

Our Chef Collective "special recipe" Burrata was developed by us and is made by a small family of cheesemakers in New Haven, CT from pasteurized cow’s milk and cream. The stracciatella inside is extra rich and the mozzarella casing containing it all is extra thin. These burrata are made to order for us twice a week, so they are always super fresh.
