The folks at the head of Nduja Artisans are a father and son team whose family hails from Calabria. They use their five generations of family recipes to craft their line of spectacular salumi. Their Pepperoni is one of the best we've tried, seasoned with fennel, cayenne and paprika. Fantastic on pizza or sandwiches, with enough character to stand on it's own on an antipasto platter.
