Their pressing technology creates oils that are incredibly fresh tasting, with double the amount of antioxidants that are found in other oils. And they bottle only to order!
The "Itran's" oil is made from Itrana olives. The flavor is subtle and elegant with mild peppery notes and a light, citrusy finish. Works wonderfully with fresh cheeses, fish dishes, vegetable dishes and salads.
