Called "Flavor of Piave", that name doesn't even come close to describing the flavor bomb that is this cheese. Notes of tropical fruits like pineapple and coconut abound, with a perfect sweet/salty balance. The texture is incredible as well, so crunchy and crystally! Perfect on your next cheese board when you need an alternative to aged gouda, and also amazing on top of pasta, pizza, you name it!
