For our Hot Soppressata we source only the best salumi, this is made in Chicago, IL using the best heritage pork hand cut and blended with fresh herbs and spices; the focus is on simplicity and quality. Soppressata is a classic Italian salami seasoned with black pepper. The piccante version has the addition of a special Calabrian pepper blend resulting in a sweet salami with a slow building, well balanced heat. We slice this a little thicker than we would prosciutto so that the flavor can slowly build as you enjoy each slice!
