Salty Almond and Oregano Condiment

This flavor packed sauce is like a rough pesto. It's delicious on some roasted greens, hearty root vegetables, roasted chicken, pork chops, you name it! With the addition of a few tablespoons of red wine vinegar, it could also be used as a dressing for your weeknight salad. 


Ingredients:


½ cup chopped Marcona Almonds

½ cup Oregano leaves, chopped

2 Anchovy filets, chopped

1 garlic clove, grated

Zest of one lemon

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pinch of salt

Pinch of Chili Flake 


Method:


Fold together the first five ingredients in a small bowl. Add enough EVOO until everything is coated. Season with salt and chili flake to taste.
